Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to improve our refurbishment capabilities
  • Lead a nationwide refurbishment department with over 30 employees, driving growth and expansion of our production sites
  • Oversee logistics operations for Autohero, Auto1.com, and wijkopenautos.nl, ensuring seamless movement of vehicles
  • Identify and leverage KPIs to optimize vehicle refurbishment and logistics, such as expanding our partner network
  • Collaborate with on-site teams and headquarters in Amsterdam and Berlin to drive capacity planning and design processes
  • Support the establishment of new refurbishment centers
Requirements
  • A dynamic and resilient personality with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant professional experience in operations, business development, production, logistics, or management consulting
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths and a direct impact on the business
  • Independent and appreciative leadership qualities, with a can-do attitude and a strong team player mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English
