Cleanliness Specialist

Job Summary

Via Amsterdam is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseman / Public Area Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Morning and Evening Duties: Ensure that all public areas are clean and tidy during morning and evening shifts.
• Daily Cleaning of Public Areas: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
• Linen Management: Manage linen supplies, ensuring that all floors have sufficient stock and that linens are properly stored and maintained.
• Ad-Hoc Cleaning Requests: Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests from operational departments, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
• Cleaning of Outside Areas: Clean outside areas, including the front and back terraces, entrance, and parking lot.
• Periodical Cleaning Tasks: Perform periodical cleaning tasks, such as watering plants, dusting high surfaces, and cleaning windows.

Requirements
