Job Title: AWS Lead Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AWS Lead Cloud Engineer to join our team at Working Spirit. As a key member of our cloud program, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technical landscape.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building new cloud platform functionality, co-developing AWS cloud solutions with application teams, and providing technical direction on various topics. You will also guide and support other engineers within the team, advising on cloud approach and ensuring the implementation of monitoring, alerting, reporting, and cost control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build new cloud platform functionality, including Landing Zone, DevSecOps, SD-WAN, and WAN.
  • Co-develop AWS cloud solutions with application teams on top of the cloud platform.
  • Create detailed low-level designs and provide technical direction on various topics.
  • Guide and support other engineers within the team, advising on cloud approach and ensuring the implementation of monitoring, alerting, reporting, and cost control standards.
  • Develop cloud native products, such as development playgrounds, on AWS.
Requirements
  • HBO level or WO level, preferably IT education.
  • Minimal 4-5 years of relevant cloud work experience.
  • Experience with cloud automation, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and AWS automation.
  • Experience with Cloud Security, including IAM, service principles, permissions, and policies.
  • Experience with cloud/Azure PaaS services, including Data & Analytics, Databases, and IoT/Manufacturing.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps WoW and international teams.
