Job Description:
">Pon is an international trade and service organization with a strong focus on security and privacy. As a Jr. Security (SOC) analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving the SOC capabilities and alignment with Operational Companies.
Your responsibilities will include creating periodical dashboards & reports to measure SOC performance, monitor Pon security perimeter, and fulfill the role of Security Case Handler (1st line). You will also work closely together with the Security Incident Process owner to identify and implement improvements such as automation of tickets.
You will be responsible for maintaining SOC service catalog, communicating updates to Opco's, and organizing periodic meetings with Opco's & ISM to discuss major risks and opportunities for improvement.
In addition to your role in the SOC, you will fulfill the 1st line as a security manager for Pon Captives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity)">
- 3 years of professional experience in IT Security, Risk and/or Compliance">
- Entry-level certification in IT Security (e.g. Comp TIA Security+, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals, (ISC)2 SSCP)">
Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of around €55,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include a performance bonus of up to 8%, a cell phone and laptop, and 20 vacation days per year based on full-time employment.
We also offer an 'individual choice budget', consisting of: 8% holiday allowance, 13 extra-statutory leave days, €300 gross employer contribution ONVZ (if applicable) and €600 gross employer contribution private lease on an annual basis.
Additionally, you will have access to our pension scheme, Smart Working arrangements, and participation in Pon Fit activities such as bootcamps, running events, golf clinics, hockey, etc.
