About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Trainer to join our Production Organisation in Rotterdam. As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for effectively transferring knowledge to shift teams and operators to ensure the right skills are developed for future operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, create, develop and improve instructions, guidelines, procedures or training modules for different learning paths or methods.
  • Lead simulator development work and coach, train, assess and record the results of the shift staff using simulators.
  • Work closely with Shift Operators, Simulator Developers and Learning and Development Specialists to develop and implement training programs.
  • Develop and maintain training content, including scenarios, templates and minimum requirements for all training scenarios.
  • Accountable for training content updating, process development and maintenance.
  • Responsible for developing the trainer competencies of the field trainers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry and in operations, including panel experience.
  • Pedagogical training or experience is considered an advantage.
  • Passion for learning and training others.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to model.
  • Ability to train all simulator scenarios and tasks in the learning path in your area of responsibility.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills: you are a master in providing feedback that helps others to grow.
