Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Supermicro. As a key member of our warehouse and distribution center, you will be responsible for assisting the warehouse supervisors in managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Supervise warehouse workers to ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders and shipments.
- Process basic shipping and receiving paperwork, including tracking and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company warehouse policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet productivity standards and quality expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and utilize a buddy system for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
- English proficiency; Dutch language skills a plus.
