Are you looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? As an order picker at COOP/PLUS, you will be responsible for collecting orders using a voice-picking system. This system guides you through the aisles, ensuring you pick the correct products efficiently. You will then carefully fill containers and prepare them at the loading dock. The goods are then transported to various cities across the country. Your attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently will be essential in this role.

What we offer:

We provide a competitive salary of €13.68 per hour, plus a cold allowance of €0.49 per hour. You will also benefit from:

  • Flexible working hours: 36 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days, with the option to work extra hours on Saturdays and Sundays;
  • Guaranteed full-time work;
  • Weekly payment of your salary;
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer;
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract with good performance;
  • Free fruit, coffee, and tea in the canteen, with snacks available for a small fee;
  • Excellent overtime pay on Saturdays, ranging from 150% to 175%.

In exchange for these benefits, we ask that you:

  • Are physically fit and willing to do standing and walking work in an environment of approximately 3 degrees;
  • Are available from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working on Saturdays and Sundays;
  • Are willing to start your workday at 07:00 AM;
  • Are results-oriented and can work quickly and efficiently;
  • Have a good command of either the Dutch or English language;
  • Live in the Deventer area.

This center is the beating heart of Plus, where grocery products are processed and fresh products are distributed to COOP/PLUS supermarkets. Our team ensures that the shelves in our stores are well-stocked, so customers can always find their favorite products.
