About the Role

Nutricia Worldwide, a dynamic and international division within Danone, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will be involved in various HR activities such as cultural awareness, onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, and health and wellbeing.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team, consisting of the HR Business Partner and HR Director, and gain valuable insights into the HR function. This role will provide you with essential skills for your future career and help you develop a people-mindset.

About You

We are looking for a creative, solution-oriented, and people-focused individual who is eager to learn and develop. You should have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a pragmatic, creative, and digital-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
  • Ideally available to start in October/November for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week;
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written; another language is considered a plus;
  • Able to work from the office, at least 2 times per week;
  • Required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
