Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


• Set up and populate the Completion and Turnover database to ensure seamless handover of the plant to the Owner.

• Collect, index, and make available inspection test packs and quality records to support phased acceptance and handover.

• Deliver the completions process, ensuring all project objectives and goals are met in a safe and structured manner, aligned with the project schedule and procedures.

• Identify and resolve Good Documentation Practice deficiencies, informing the QC Manager and Turnover Coordinator.

• Maintain the Completion and Turnover database, tracking Punchlist items, and receiving and reviewing engineering input data.

• Provide system and database analysis, technical support, and direction to system users, ensuring overall system integrity and data control.

• Import and export data for Discrepancy/Non-compliance Evaluation and follow up on resolutions, and upload QC formats and Punchlist items via the Completion & Turnover Management System.

• Monitor Quality Pack Completion to ensure prompt System Hand Over and highlight areas of concern to assist in reaching project handover milestones.

• Issue weekly status reports for input to the planning system and project management, and use established tracking and distribution systems for controlling mechanical completion/certification/Punchlisting activities.

• Assist in coordinating planning activities for both mechanical completion and Commissioning, and proactively involve in completion and handover activities.

• Perform all duties necessary for achieving project objectives and schedule.

Requirements


• Familiarity with the Completion and Turnover management process.

• Strong IT skills to support data manipulation and import processes, including Excel formulae, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting.

• Solid background experience in implementing databases for the construction sector, with at least 3 years of GoCompletions (or equivalent) experience.
