About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our System Integration department within Vanderlande Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and testing complex Warehousing systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the functional design to ensure customer requirements are translated into the right solution with the lowest possible risks.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with complex systems.
  • Develop and implement system integration plans, test plans, and test specifications in collaboration with Solution Architects and Integration Engineers.
  • Lead the test phase and ensure a smooth transition to our customers' operational processes.
  • Advise on the use of standard solutions and the impact of special solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clear, concise reporting.
  • Manage component deliveries by suppliers through verification and validation.
About the Team

The System Integration department is part of the business unit Warehousing Solutions within Vanderlande Industries. We are responsible for designing, testing, and integrating complex Warehousing systems worldwide for customers like Albert Heijn, Woolworths, and Walmart.

Requirements
  • Technical or logistics education, at least Bachelor level.
  • Experience in system integration and systems engineering processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to build partnerships with customers and internal/external suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel for about 50% of the time for project handover phases.
