Senior IT Integration Specialist

The IT Integrator is a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. This role drives complex changes within and across Tribes, leveraging a holistic view of both Business and IT to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps that deliver customer value as early as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure delivery of IT projects by planning, reporting, coordination, and dependencies management.
- Turn strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps by turning themes into epics into features per squads, and enable squads to refine their features into concrete user stories.
- Identify and manage risks and potential issues, and offer improvements across teams.
- Manage the priority of features with a strong MVP mindset, and assign features to relevant squads.
- Set up a clear governance and reporting structure to steer the progress of many different stakeholders and teams.
- A master's degree in IT (Engineering) or equal by experience.
- Minimal 5 years of experience as an (agile) project / program manager in a complex and challenging IT environment.
- Experience with agile way of working.
- A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn and the ability to coach others.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (Dutch and English) and presentation skills across different skill and seniority levels.
