Quality Assurance Visual Inspector

Position Overview:
Are you meticulous and dedicated to upholding exceptional quality standards? This role as a Visual Inspector in the pharmaceutical sector is essential for ensuring the production and dependable supply of top-tier products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Inspection: Conduct thorough examinations of labeled vials to identify defects such as cracks and foreign particles, adhering to defined inspection criteria.
  • Quality Assurance: Detect and document any defects to maintain product safety and quality, following established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to regulatory standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of inspections for batch release, quality assessments, and compliance audits.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with the manufacturing team, including packaging operators and quality assurance personnel.
Additional Duties:
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) protocols.
  • Contribute to fostering a safe and compliant workplace culture.
  • Be flexible in performing related tasks to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Results-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cohesive manufacturing team.
  • Adaptability and precision in response to changes.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and/or Dutch is required.
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a visual acuity test as part of the hiring process.
  • Preferred: Relevant apprenticeship, certificate, or diploma in food, quality, or pharmaceutical disciplines.
  • Training will be provided in visual inspection techniques, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in a pharmaceutical setting is desirable.
