Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inbound Booking Employee to join our team at DHL Supply Chain in Weert, Netherlands. As an Inbound Booking Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by accurately processing and booking incoming goods from the EU.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying and confirming incoming goods based on SAP system documents;
  • Conducting quality and quantity checks;
  • Creating labels and attaching them to the correct orders;
  • Monitoring and reporting issues.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all goods are accurately processed and packaged. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • Availability for day shift (8:00 am) or 2 shifts (6:00 am / 3:00 pm);
  • Good communication skills in English (A/B level);
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks;
  • Good computer skills, with experience with systems like SAP an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Salary of €13.88 per hour;
  • 30% overtime allowance for work after 6:00 pm;
  • 50% overtime allowance for overwork;
  • 8.33% vacation pay and 10% vacation hours per worked hour;
  • Reimbursement of up to €9.30 per day for travel expenses;
  • Pension build-up from the first working day;
  • Weekly or 4-weekly payment;
  • Opportunity to obtain certificates (EPT / RT / HT / OPT) or follow a Dutch course;
  • Annual salary increase of 0-3.5% at the annual performance review;
  • Temporary contract with Olympia (with a view to permanent) or direct contract with DHL.
