Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Damen Dredging Equipment. As a key member of our services department, you will be responsible for handling service requests for dredging equipment and creating service-related offers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare technical assignments and offers for service activities such as assembly and commissioning, trainings, and technical support.
- Coordinate and manage service activities, ensuring smooth transfer and coordination with field service engineers.
- Assess and process client warranties in consultation with support departments.
- Issue verbal and written recommendations to clients and follow up on service offers in collaboration with sales and support departments.
- Higher professional education degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
- Good planning and organization skills, with an eye for quality and a clear overview.
- Familiarity with the metal/maritime industry and excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English.
- Availability to work at our locations in Nijkerk and Gorinchem, and full-time commitment.
