As a Logistics Operations Manager at CEVA Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our fulfillment operations. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading a sub-process within our warehouse operation in Tilburg.

Within our fast-paced environment, you will work closely with your team to achieve operational excellence. As a people manager, you will be expected to manage, coach, develop, and evaluate employees in your team. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead daily operations and drive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and plans.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be involved in decision-making processes that impact the overall logistics process. You will be tasked with optimizing the efficiency of people and resources, making improvement proposals, conducting measurements, and creating reports and analyses. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong people management skills, a minimum HBO work and thinking level with a completed MBO 4 education, and at least 3 years of experience in a dynamic work environment. Your ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and maintain an ambitious and driven mindset will be crucial in achieving your goals.

CEVA Logistics offers a competitive salary between €2,878.19 and €4,145.96 per month, inclusive of an 8% holiday allowance. Additionally, you can expect a one-year contract with prospects of permanent employment. Our benefits package includes 25 holidays, travel allowance, discounts on insurance, a phone and laptop, and opportunities for professional development through our CEVA Academy.
