Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our SAP Experience Center team as a Project Management Office (PMO) professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for our customers during their visits to our Experience Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist visitors in navigating through different spaces and adjusting themes as needed.
  • Provide guidance on products showcased in Inspiration Space booths and assist with navigating the Content Management System.
  • Support the setup of video and audio equipment in the Studio Space, ensuring a professional recording experience.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating events in the Event Space for large groups of customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all spaces, promptly reporting or addressing any technical issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong project management skills to build a realistic planning and assure a timely delivery within strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work and think at HBO or WO level.
  • Customer-focused and innovative and creative thinker who challenges and improves processes, generates and promotes new ideas/initiatives/designs, and analyses and anticipates the impact of upcoming technologies and market developments to initiate innovation.
  • Comfortable with interactive technologies and multimedia systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independent, structured and systematic.
  • Creative skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
