About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Etex. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Delfzijl.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the production department to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Develop and implement production plans and budgets to meet business objectives
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations and quality control
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a production management role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in English and Dutch
