Main Responsibilities- Co-lead the Market Referential project, a strategic initiative aimed at creating a single market data referential to inform the development of strategic plans, marketing plans, and Zone GTM plans.
- Coordinate the annual French survey (Novascope) with the channels and Business Lines.
- Analyze our current positioning and potential gaps or opportunities for growth, with a focus on strategic priorities such as strategic value propositions.
- Leverage data to propose segmentation criteria on our strategic priorities, including target audience, vertical, purpose, offer, and more.
- Liaise with SVP leaders, Business Lines, and zones to ensure consistent trajectories with the market and our ambitions.
- Feed our marketing plan with key recommendations for action plans, including target audiences, offers to develop, communication to be done, and more.
- Lead analysts' contracts negotiation and manage associated budget.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science, and 10+ years of professional experience in market research or strategy, data analysis, or market insights roles.
Key skills include:
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, leveraging primary and syndicated research, market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficient in developing data reporting infrastructures and producing insightful reports for senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data analysis techniques, including ETL processes, data modeling/management, and data visualization.
- In-depth knowledge of data analytical tools, techniques, and languages such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Knime/Dataiku/Alteryx, SSAS.
- Ability to give meaning and understanding of the strategy and challenges of the entity.
- Team spirit, transversality, coordination, and lead of stakeholders around a project, even remotely.
- Results-oriented related with business objectives.
- Leadership, ability to convince, great interpersonal skills, listening.
- Strong project management skills.
- Autonomy and ability to quickly adapt to organizational changes, to react and find quick solutions.
- Strength of proposal and creativity.
- Mastery of data tools and strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
