Introduction

ASML is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our IT team. Our IT Gateway Program is a 1.5-year program designed to accelerate your personal and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and gain experience in cloud security, data analytics, and IT.

Role and Responsibilities

As a participant in the IT Gateway Program, you will be considered for multiple positions within our IT team. You will work on a wide range of projects, from cloud security to data analytics, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

  • Cloud Security Engineer: You will design and implement cloud security solutions, configure network security, and manage incident responses while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Data Management/Analytics Engineer: You will work on a variety of projects, supporting the team to transform and guide our organization to become data-driven.
  • Cybersecurity Foundation Coordinator: You will support the team by tracking and ensuring the completion of initiatives focused on the Protect and Detect functions of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Scrum Master: You will guide teams through scrum practices, facilitate events, and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be eligible for the IT Gateway Program, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree in any relevant IT study, have completed your education less than 12 months ago, and have less than 12 months of relevant working experience.

Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive salary, 40 days paid leave, 13th month payment, 8% holiday allowance, pension plan, and commuting allowance.

The Program

The IT Gateway Program offers a unique experience similar to a traineeship, but with a focused approach. You will start in a permanent role, specializing in your chosen field, and participate in behavioral trainings, ASML-specific work readiness sessions, and IT & Data courses.

You will receive one-on-one mentorship from an ASML professional as well as coaching from an external expert to help define your personal development goals and guide your growth.

Selection Process

1. Application: Apply before the deadline.

2. Video interview: Matching candidates will be invited to record their answers to a few pre-determined questions.

3. Selection day: After careful consideration by our screening board, successful candidates will be invited for an online selection day.

4. Job offer: 3 working days after the selection day, we will inform you about the outcome of the recruitment process.

5. Starting date: The (preferred) starting date of the program will be February/March 2025.
