We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for implementing our Treasury strategy and providing expert guidance on Cash Management and FX Management.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement Cash Management and FX Management strategies to support Siemens Healthineers' business in EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant Cash Management and FX Management processes.
- Interact with external stakeholders, including banks, to stay at the forefront of financial market developments.
- Execute governance for Cash Management and FX Management and provide training to the Siemens Healthineers finance community.
- Initiate and promote digitalization on Cash management and FX management activities in the EMEA region.
- University degree in Business or Finance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cash Management and FX Management, with a focus on FX trading and daily cash dispositioning activities.
- Broad technical knowledge of Cash Management and FX Management approaches, systems, and processes.
- Strong decision-making ability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- International experience and strong intercultural sensitivity.
- Fluent in English and French.
- A key position within a leading company in the industry.
