About the Role

Vattenfall is seeking a highly skilled Process Governance & Standards Compliance Lead to join our Integrated Management System & Process Governance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Process Governance & Standards Compliance Team, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring the team delivers expected outcomes against objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Process Governance & Standards Compliance Team and coordinate day-to-day activities.
  • Use a Systems Engineering approach to identify, define, and manage the requirements that the IMS should comply with.
  • Ensure that IMS requirements are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in the IMS.
  • Develop and maintain a monitoring and surveillance process to identify new requirements.
  • Monitor changes to regulations and industry best practices related to the IMS.
  • Deployment and maintenance of the regulatory compliance software package.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, environmental management, health and safety, security management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading ISO internal auditing, including achievement of ISO certification.
  • IOSH/IRCA certified auditor, with lead auditor certification being a benefit.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing management systems.
