Spare Parts Logistics Operator B2B

Our Amsterdam-based warehouse serves as the European hub for spare parts and finished products, connecting points of sale and repair platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Picking:
    • Manually or using an RF gun, pick parts and products based on packing lists and SAP system data.
    • Verify picked orders for accuracy and quantity.
    • Sort orders by customer.
  • Shipping:
    • Create shipments in SAP for regular orders and returns.
    • Recognize and create shipments for special destinations (non-EU) and handle necessary paperwork.
    • Prepare shipments for products with 'dangerous goods' designation.
  • Inbound/Returns:
    • Receive and register deliveries, checking package numbers and associated documents.
    • Verify contents of received packages against packing lists and invoices.
    • Process packing lists and invoices in SAP.
    • Process claims (deviating quantities, wrong references, etc.) in the system and communicate with responsible departments.
  • Warehousing:
    • Arrange received items by brand and category in stock locations.
    • Create or adjust stock locations as needed.
    • Maintain organized stock locations, check expiration dates (FEFO), and packaging contents.
    • Participate in annual and semi-annual inventory checks.
    Requirements:
    • MBO level preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
    • Dutch and English speaking and writing skills.
    • Strong client focus.
    • Hands-on mentality.
    • Accurate and detail-oriented.
    • Team player.
