Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager at GXO Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide operations and client support to enable our clients to perform at their highest effectiveness.

  • You will serve as the point of contact for our in-house based clients, Customer Service, and Operations regarding systems and processes.
  • You will lead and manage the planning and stock control department on site.
  • You will be responsible for reporting and controlling department KPIs and analyzing them to identify root causes for variances and close gaps.
  • You will integrate business solutions for customer accounts together with your CI colleague.
  • You will make day-to-day and operational decisions, together with our Site Manager and Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • You must have a bachelor's degree or university degree in a relevant area (logistics/production) with accompanying high-level operational and analytical skills.
  • You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production and/or logistics environment.
  • You must be fluent in English and preferably Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must be committed to delivering high-quality work, have a great eye for detail, and a professional critical attitude.
  • You must be self-driven, result-oriented, and like to work proactively.
  • You must have good reporting, presentation, and financial skills.
