About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize supply chain opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support supply chain initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
