As a Senior Research Scientist in Clinical Studies, you will play a pivotal role within the Clinical Research Department, contributing to the evidence generation that supports the value proposition of Danone's Specialized Nutrition product range.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will leverage your scientific and methodological expertise to guide various phases of our research and innovation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing scientific and methodological guidance throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
- Translating business requirements and existing clinical data into a comprehensive study protocol.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection.
- Assessing the feasibility of study protocols and participating in the selection of investigators.
- Interpreting study results and drafting clinical study reports in compliance with applicable regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Building and maintaining networks with Key Opinion Leaders and other experts in the field.
- Ensuring the quality and integrity of the studies conducted.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree or PhD in a life science or a related field, along with substantial experience in international clinical research, whether in an academic or pharmaceutical context. Additionally, you should have:
- In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical study methodologies.
- Strong medical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A logical and analytical mindset.
