Industrial Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Test Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing test cases, performing integral function tests, and preparing detailed test reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, experience with PLC and SCADA applications, and excellent testing skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and document test cases based on functional designs to validate engineered solutions.
* Perform integral function tests and acceptance tests together with the client to ensure quality.
* Prepare detailed test reports from the testing results for internal and client reference.
* Work with various systems, including automation software, S7 PLCs, HMI systems, and network setups.
* Ensure all in-house developed software is tested according to specifications and document results to meet Trinamics' high standards.
Requirements
* A completed Bachelor's degree in (Technical) Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in testing PLC and SCADA applications or similar automation systems.
* Ability to develop, design, and document test cases based on functional designs and execute integral function tests with clients.
* Familiarity with TIA Portal and experience in troubleshooting root cause analysis.
* Strong skills in writing clear and concise documentation, including requirements, design, and testing procedures.
* Fluent in English, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.

* Salary Range: A competitive salary between €3,500 and €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
