We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our teams for our Simcenter Prescan product within the Autonomy solution domain's organization.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the development of the solution for autonomous driving and deliver a customer-centric product that meets the needs of key customers.
- Define product roadmaps and strategies that create innovative technologies to enhance customer value and facilitate market adoption.
- Grow our customer relationship, requiring a customer-focused mindset.
Simcenter Prescan is a mature and wide-spread simulation platform for virtual development and validation of automated driving systems.
Requirements- MSc or BSc with relevant experience in product management or related field with a preference for experience with Hardware in the Loop.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done.
- Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent theoretical skills and the ability to discuss and convince stakeholders across all levels and various cultural backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is a must. German or any other language is a plus.
