CSA Lead

We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to join our team at PM Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and experience working on complex projects in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and health of all personnel working on or visiting the site.
- Actively promote compliance with the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans.
- Monitor and review contractors' method statements, SPAs, and Permit applications to ensure all risks have been assessed and appropriate control measures are in place.
- Participate in weekly safety audits and meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in construction and/or mechanical roles.
- At least 10 years' site experience.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Life Science, Mission Critical, or similarly complex project experience.
