About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a key member of our engineering department.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering aspects of projects, guiding a team of Interface- and System engineers through detailed engineering tasks, and ensuring alignment across various designs and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and execute engineering plans, including technical reports and test plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless coordination between designs and stakeholders.
  • Supervise factory testing, attend client meetings, and coordinate site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as IEC 61439, and maintain a high level of technical expertise in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, and short-circuit calculations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution, such as HTS or TU.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a (lead) engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
  • Proven track record of preparing technical reports and test plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in Dutch considered advantageous.
