About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites, account managers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales order processing and purchasing, including entering sales orders, verifying sales prices, and coordinating physical distribution.
  • Participate in various projects and support colleagues to achieve department objectives.
  • Maintain transparency and ensure GDP compliance in all activities conducted within this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Chemistry, or Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the API business or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in order-to-cash process.
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
