At Sinclair, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work closely with management to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in people partnership with business managers and leaders.
- Courageously challenge and influence others to drive change and organizational development.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders across functions and departments.
- Be a proactive champion for change and lead significant projects.
- Inspire and drive the performance and potential of people.
- Maintain excellent people practice, leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with a willingness to be hands-on as required.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Aware of risk, security, data protection, and health & safety at work.
- Provide management information and reporting for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Experience with payroll processes.
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- English and Dutch speaking, reading, and writing.
- Nice to have: work experience in pharma or food environment.
