ASML is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team, responsible for overseeing the development of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and Firmware for our DUV systems. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products, working closely with our CPO, stakeholders, and customers to maximize value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the team backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure the team is set up for success, identifying risks and dependencies, and implementing team improvements.
- Develop and maintain long-term plans for team deliverables, ensuring focus on PI goals.
- Establish and develop structures and meetings for managing content, including PO-PL sync, PO-SM, Reviews, and PI events.
- Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of experience designing PCBAs or Firmware.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Leader.
- Demonstrated experience in PCBA or FW design.
- Experience with agile development methods or proven Project Management skills.
- Strong influencing and inspiring skills, with the ability to lead change.
- Accurate, systematic approach, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic attitude.
- Curiosity, ability to look ahead, and willingness to take ownership.
