**About the Role**
Olympia is seeking a skilled MIG/MAG welder to join our team at our packaging equipment manufacturing site in Hapert. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal structures and components according to specifications and drawings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Building and assembling components using precision measuring tools and equipment
- Welding, primarily using TIG and MIG/MAG, to ensure high-quality products
- Finishing your own work (sanding, grinding, and finishing welds) to meet company standards
- Performing various welding tasks based on drawings and specifications
**Tools and Equipment**
- Programmable welding equipment (TIG or MIG/MAG)
- Precision measuring tools
- A flat table for assembling components
- Tools for clamping products and precise finishing of workpieces
**Work Schedule**
You will work day shifts from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of working between 32 and 40 hours per week. Alternatively, evening shifts are also an option, starting at 4:30 PM.
**Training and Development**
Internal training is available to ensure you become even better at your job. During the first few weeks, you will be trained and work alongside a buddy in the department to ensure tasks are performed correctly and orders are efficiently processed and dispatched.
**Requirements**
- You speak and understand Dutch or English sufficiently
- You can read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with MIG/MAG or TIG welding is a requirement
**Benefits**
- Possibility of a temporary contract for the duration of 1560 hours worked at the client, or a placement based on recruitment and selection
- Naturally, the organization provides appropriate work clothing
- A good monthly salary between €2700 and €3700 gross per month based on 40 hours per week according to the metal and electronics industry collective labor agreement (CAO)
