About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategy & Insights Intern. As a key member of our global team, you will support our Specialized Nutrition Unit at Danone, working from our office in Hoofddorp, NL.

As a Strategy & Insights Intern, you will have the opportunity to live and breathe in the world of our parents, children, patients, caregivers, Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and other stakeholders around the world. You will be responsible for providing specific analysis to identify business opportunities for Danone, working closely with the S&I and Marketing teams to assist in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing analysis to identify business opportunities for Danone
  • Assisting the S&I and Marketing teams in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results
  • Supporting or contributing to ad hoc studies under the supervision of the S&I Senior Manager responsible for the Adult Medical Nutrition category
  • Supporting the S&I team on topics such as internal communication and campaigns, facilitation/animation of workshops & meetings, team outputs and presentations

About You

We are looking for an individual with analytical thinking and storytelling skills, who can extract and analyze insights or data from various sources and combine them into a clear story with actionable recommendations. You should be an enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously, with a strong ability to prioritize and respect deadlines.

Additionally, you should be a curious person who is always looking for opportunities to learn and develop, with a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university)
  • Ideally available to start in October 2024 or January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written
  • Able to work from Hoofddorp 2 days per week
  • Required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and obtain a BSN
