Process Improvement Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medior Process Improvement Consultant to join our Global Process Management team at ING. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and implementing global standards across the organization.
About the RoleAs a Medior Process Improvement Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing process improvement initiatives across all ING countries, functions, or domains. You will work closely with senior management, operations, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute process improvement initiatives across ING countries, functions, or domains
- Work closely with senior management, operations, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Develop and implement global standards for processes
- Coach and support colleagues in process improvement methods and personal development
- Contribute to the development of standards for wide-scale adoption
- Participate in the Process Academy and Process Community to increase process craftmanship across ING
- Excellent academic background (university master's degree)
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in process design and improvement, setting global standards for processes
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in coaching colleagues, both on process improvement methods and on personal development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, numerical insight, and ability to think of new solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with management and operational staff
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- High level of pro-activeness and taking initiative
- Strong execution capabilities and delivery of results
