We are seeking an exceptional retail professional to lead our MAC Cosmetics store in Amsterdam. As a Lead Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of makeup artists.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the business. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer engagement, and maintain a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for beauty and makeup. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team, creating and executing business plans, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.
