Hanwha Ocean's Offshore Business Division is committed to delivering outstanding performance for our customers, partners, and shareholders. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team and lead our IT infrastructure strategy.

About the Role

As an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, IT asset management, and server virtualization environments (Nutanix and VMware). Your primary objective will be to ensure the alignment of our IT infrastructure with our business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies that align with business goals.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our IT systems and data.
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure optimal IT service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ~8+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, or engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, IT asset management, and server virtualization environments (Nutanix and VMware).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
