About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Junior Software Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Wolters Kluwer Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing smaller software renewals, ensuring continuity and value in our vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the software sourcing team in managing smaller renewals, handling each stage from initial review to final approval.
  • Provide hands-on support in executing order forms, contract renewals, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with major software vendors, focusing on SaaS agreements, to maintain alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize strong administrative and organizational skills to handle documentation and data accurately and efficiently.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to manage tasks proactively.

Requirements

  • A salary ranging from €4,400 to €4,700 based on 40 hours a week, based on experience and qualifications.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software sourcing or related roles, with exposure to renewals and order form management.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals within the $250K–$1M range.
  • Experience working with major software vendors and SaaS products is essential.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with an independent, hands-on approach.

Work Environment

This position operates in a global environment, where English is the primary language for all communications and project work. The role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute effectively from any location. The position is for 40 hours per week, but 36 or 32 hours is also possible.
