Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Data Analyst at VARO Energy, you will be responsible for compiling internal reports on biofuel flows within our network. You will ensure timely submission of sustainability documentation for clients and cooperate with suppliers to ensure compliance with biofuel administration requirements.

You will participate in regulatory audits for successful certification and support the submission of biofuel reports to national authorities. Additionally, you will monitor biofuel processes and suggest improvements, as well as signal risks related to biofuel transactions and recommend necessary internal controls.

Your Profile

To fulfill the content of this job, the ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with reporting and an affinity for legal texts. Experience in commodity markets is an advantage.
  • A Master's degree in Business Economics, Accounting & Controlling, or similar fields.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally. German/Dutch/French is considered beneficial.
  • An affinity with ERP-systems.
