• Sourcing and selecting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted job descriptions
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Providing recruitment metrics and insights to inform business decisions

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent
