Solution Overview

We're looking for an Integrated Product Planner to join our Planning and Delivery - Integrated Product Planning (IPP) department. This team plays a critical role in managing the planning process across Yacht, ensuring informed decision-making and successful product introductions.

As an IPP Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with senior management, various sectors within the company, and product teams to deliver strategic business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to translate customer demand into actionable plans.
  • Guide long-term planning decisions by working closely with IBP colleagues and representing the Integrated Business Planning team in cross-sector projects.
  • Enable decision-making for investments that support long-term capacity planning.
  • Act as a key advisor and stakeholder for product teams within your scope.
  • Present and report scenarios and consequences to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business/Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business Studies (MBA is a plus).
  • ~5+ years of experience in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning in large, complex organizations.
  • ~ Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to perform in-depth analyses while maintaining a high-level perspective.
  • ~ Self-assured and persuasive communicator in English, able to present complex scenarios clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • ~ A team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
