About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation & Reporting Manager to join our team at Vermaat. As a key member of our Group Control team, you will be responsible for consolidating financial results and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
  • Implement, roll out, and manage our new consolidation tool, Lucanet
  • Support and guide internal and external audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and IFRS standards
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role or at an international accounting firm
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS in an international context
  • Experience with ERP systems and consolidation software, preferably Lucanet
  • Also mastery of Excel and other reporting tools
  • Fluent in English; working knowledge of German or French is a plus
  • Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
