Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our internal service team as a Commercial Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German customers, working closely with our Account Manager to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and prepare presentations to meet customer needs
  • Make appointments by telephone and maintain customer relationships
  • Ensure the CRM package is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • MBO/HBO working and/or thinking level with additional commercial training or skills
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ergonnis-oriented individual with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Technical background is an advantage
