We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food Delivery Riders to join our team in Venlo. As a Food Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for delivering meals from local restaurants to customers' doors.

About the Job

As a Food Delivery Rider, you will work independently, navigating through the city on your e-bike to deliver orders. You will receive orders via our app and be required to complete deliveries within a set time frame. Your role will involve interacting with customers, resolving any issues that may arise during delivery, and ensuring that customers receive their orders in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver meals from local restaurants to customers' doors
  • Navigate through the city on your e-bike to complete deliveries
  • Receive orders via our app and manage your delivery schedule
  • Interact with customers, resolve any issues that may arise during delivery
  • Ensure that customers receive their orders in good condition

Requirements

  • You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation (e.g., e-bike)
  • You should be physically fit and able to ride an e-bike for extended periods
  • You must be able to lift and carry heavy packages
  • You should have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including weekends

What We Offer

  • A gross salary of €13.68 per hour
  • A kilometer allowance of €0.10 per kilometer for regular bikes and €0.19 per kilometer for e-bikes
