About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Device and Parts Solution Owner to join our team at Royal Reesink. As a key member of our IT Solutions Delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Trade and Parts management modules within Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of trade and parts management systems to continuously optimize them in line with business needs.
  • Work closely with product owners, key users, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate and ensure the translation of organizational needs into IT solutions and vice versa, while maintaining a cost-conscious approach.
  • Uphold high standards and performance benchmarks for solutions, addressing issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and foster innovation within your domain.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee top-notch services and products.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Technical Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Over five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant frameworks is preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Annata.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and persistence.
  • Proficient in English.
