In the Netherlands, our team comprises approximately 250 professionals spread across four offices.Role Overview
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Michael Page Permanent division, you will have the authority to foster mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved, overseeing the complete permanent recruitment cycle for your clients.
This role encompasses a diverse array of responsibilities. As a Sales Consultant in our Michael Page Contracting division, you will possess expertise on the client side (180), collaborating with a national recruitment team to deliver optimal service to clients with interim requirements.
In both divisions, you will specialize in one of the recruitment sectors, empowering you to provide clients with valuable insights and extensive reach throughout the recruitment journey.
Your role combines commercial business development with personalized service to both clients and seasoned candidates, generating revenue through effective relationship management.
Success in this position is achieved through strong communication skills, commitment, self-motivation, and exceptional commercial acumen.

- A bachelor's or master's degree is required;
- Fluency in Dutch is preferred, along with proficiency in English;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales is essential, providing you with critical insights to address client needs;
