Highly Motivated IT Administrative Coordinator Sought


The University of Hong Kong's Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform dedicated to managing and facilitating international-standard clinical trials. We are seeking an experienced IT administrative professional to provide key support to our IT team.


This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT administration, looking to leverage their skills in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate reaches their full potential.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, including tracking and updating stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper disposal of obsolete assets;
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT team, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and collaborating with external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team to guarantee timely delivery of IT equipment and services to end-users;
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and placing orders for IT equipment, software, and services.

Requirements:



  • A Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team;
  • Detailed-oriented individual with a high level of accuracy;
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.

About the Opportunity:


We offer a highly competitive salary of HKD 40,000 - 50,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, contract-end gratuity and university contribution to retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary are included. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
