Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at Splunk Inc. in the Netherlands. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business outcomes by providing technical expertise and support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Splunk products and services, as well as industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in sales activities, such as demos, trials, and proof-of-concepts, to demonstrate Splunk's value proposition.
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, application delivery, business analytics, or log management.
- Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL processes, as well as modern application architecture and DevOps concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and participate in sales activities, as required.
