**About Colored Qollective**

We are a passionate and young foundation committed to fostering community and safe spaces for our racialised queer community. Our mission is to build a strong and supportive community, spread care, and advocate for the rights of our people in Utrecht and beyond.

Job Description
  • As a co-secretary, you will work closely with the other co-secretary in managing our communications, serving as a primary contact point for potential collaborators, visitors, and those seeking help.
  • You will oversee collaborations and partnerships with external partners, including projects, events, and long-term cooperation.
  • Manage the primary contact email of the foundation, checking all incoming emails and directing those with questions or seeking help to the right resources.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • You write and speak English fluently. Dutch is a plus but not required.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work closely in a team or with discussion and liaison with others.
