Janitorial Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Lokaal Werkt in the Rotterdam area. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, or a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges. You will work independently, but also as part of a team, to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Perform various cleaning tasks, including washing windows, cleaning rooms, offices, and stairwells
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, and report any hazards or incidents to management

• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, or a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Driver's license
• Perseverance and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and clients
• Fluency in Dutch or English

• A competitive salary, ranging from €14.15 to €19.67 per hour, depending on age
• A year-end bonus of 5%
• Overtime pay at 200%
• 26 vacation days per year
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometer, starting from 10 kilometers
• Potential for a company car, depending on performance
